Warranty Information

The inner construction of the mattress and box spring you have chosen from SleepWell Mattress Outlet is warranted against defects in the workmanship and materials (other than the cover or handles). If a defect in the structure of the mattress or box spring is found one year from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at the option of SleepWell Mattress Outlet. However, the customer will be responsible for all transportation charges for the returned merchandise and replacement merchandise. SleepWell Mattress Outlet reserves the right to substitute models of comparable quality.

All first-quality merchandise carries the factory warranty.

Warranty applies for structural defects to the original consumer if the original warranty is presented with the original sales receipt. (SleepWell Mattress Outlet does not keep warranties on file.)

Warranties will not apply if the mattress or box spring is subjected to abuse such as, but not limited to: burns, stains, bent border wires or compaction.

Warranty does not apply to mattresses purchased without boxsprings.

Warranty is void if a proper frame is not used. King and Queen mattresses should be supported by frames that include a cross support and center support that touches the floor.
